.Did not do any work at all on my scooter charged me $250 I paid. He...did not give me a receipt . told me the parts are on the way and then never ordered the parts So I took the bike When I asked him where the parts were ....he accuse me of never paying. .....I has Parker my nike across the street after paying Jim. He was my scooter and put a lock on it and told me he was he was doing it to keep my bike safe But really he was preventing me from taking my scooter after i paid liar scam artist cheats his customers.
