Purchased 19" monitor in March 2001. Should have received a $50 rebate but never did. I have certified mail receipts and copies to show that they received my rebate claim. I have not really pursued it cuz' I know its no use. I have been burned too may times on mail-in rebate offers. The only ones I will now fall for are from the REALLY big companies like Microsoft or Creative Labs (both very quick and responsive). I hope I dont have any problems w/ this monitor - it will never get fixed - but has been a very good monitor for one year now. I would not however purchasew another from this company due to the rebate issue. I also would like to hold retailers responsible for selling stuff that they probably know a consumer will get burned on (ie FRY's).
