This company contact me about an annual event I produce in Dubai - The Dubai Yoga & Music Festival for International Peace, November 20,21,22, 2014. Shaheen Rimjee Ali emailed, texted, and called me to confirm the fees and details for services. A contract was drawn and signed by all parties, which states that teh video and raw footage would be delivered to me in 10 days after the event.
Money was paid in full at the event and 20 days later a video was sent with wrong logos, wrong mission statement inserted, wrong music used, and no edits as noted by myself as Director/Proprietor of the Festival.
A phone call was received by the company owner Ali, who promised it would be done by December 14, 2014. After this date with nothing received, I have not been able to reach anyone at the company by email or phone.
