FWM Labratories SCAM!!! FT Lauderdale Florida
This is a Huge Scam!! I ordered the free trial for Life Cleanse and Acai Berry and only paid shipping costs for both. 3 weeks later, i received the Life Cleanse in the mail. I also received a charge for $87.13 on my credit card statement. I contacted the number listed 866-949-0138, 3 times to dispute the charge. The first 2 times, the agents denied having anything to do with the $87.13 charge and insisted that the charge must be from another company. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor in both cases and was hung up on. I did my internet research and found all of the similar complaints on this site. I contacted the number for a 3rd time and the agent attempted to give me the same "runaround". I referenced him to the website and advised him that there are numerous complaints containing the exact same dollar amount and his company name. He immediately changed his tune and offered to refund the money and cancel the account. (which i had no idea was open). I am still going to file a formal complaint with the BBB and dipsute the charge with my credit card company. Unfortunately, after reading all of the other horror stories, i doubt that this is over. Please spread the word, This is a scam and these people are liars!!!!!!!!!!
