Gabriel mccray ,Gabe. I was not given the services I was told in confidence I would receive.my prototype was sent to invent help and never returned to me,ive been having a very hard time speaking with the branch managers to conduct proper businessvand the times I have I was treated like scum. I was lied to by inventhelp representative about services that would be provided to me once they got 9000 they stoped working for me.I made a non functional prototype and the convenience me to mail it to them,they never sent it back to me .I was trying to get my Cad file drawings and was told they didnt have it,and that they dont preform that sevice.no invention can be made without Cad file.after over a year of being treated like scum. they sent me another drawing of the invention and a blank cd that is titled Cad,yet only invent help can open the application so when I took it to a 3d printing companies I was told it was the wrong file.so basicly there making it where there not helping me and I cant get outside help without starting a new cad file which may cost me another 2000.
I constantly have disgruntal employees at invent help lieing to me about what they are going to do and it dosent get done,and what they do not do .seems to me they send a sheet of make believe when you make payments,they treat u like words I cannot say and its a Major drag being a inventhelp client.I know ive been scamed and want a class action suit made on invent help for people like me that paid for services unrendered.I still havent gotten my prototype back.also when I started with my idea there was no competition on the market ,now there is something very similar to my idea on as seen on tv,I doubt its a coincidence.PLEASE HELP.thank you sincerely.
