Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was approached by a young man Francisco who said he could get rid of the 'bags' under my eyes if I let him.  I agreed and he applied a mixture of two types of creams, both Black Boxes of products. I said I am allergic to 'everything'?  He replied, 'not to this product' it was on Dr. Oz and Ellen DeGeneres and proceeded to show me the pictures 'very quickly' on his cell phone.

He then started bagging products and asked me how I wanted to pay. I said, 'Wait a second I haven't said I wanted anything yet!' He then quickly applied a little more under my right eye and showed me how different it looked in the mirror. It did show a difference because this was a TradeShow and I was tired and exhausted from two days of walking. I am 75 years old so I looked tired.

Again, he started asking how I wanted to pay for the product and I said I still haven't decided and my eye was burning. He said that shows it is working and how did I want to pay for these excellent products, etc. My eye did look different and I fell for his spiel!

I asked him how much and he showed me how much they were selling on his cell phone which was something like $2,500 each or both together and he would sell them to me for $199 each. By this time he had 3 products in the bag which included a Face Mask that he demonstrated on my right hand how it scrapes off dead skin. I bought all three for 1 Filler Syringe, 1 Eye Serum, and 1 Peel @ $200 each. with $49.50 tax = $649.50  I said you can't leave me with my face half finished so he applied the eye stuff to the other eye.

He then asked if I wanted him to apply different creams to my forehead, chin, and neck.  After applying them to one side of my face, again, started loading products into bags and ask how I would like to pay for them. I said hold on here I can't afford this stuff so he did his song and dance again and I bought it again. I actually helped him by calling my credit card company while he hovered over me and I approved the second charge of $700.02 + tax = $757.77 more.

I left the TradeShow and on my way home my face was really burning and my eyes started watering. When I got home I cleaned up a little and saw that the skin under my eyes was starting to swell. I immediately washed my face and all the areas he had put the stuff, forehead, chin, lip, and neck all were bright red.

I tried calling the number on their card and no answer. I then tried calling the Credit Card company and they said that I should keep trying to contact the merchant because the charge hadn't been made yet. I was able to get ahold of Customer Service the next morning and spoke Mirna or Mira. She said they had a 'no refund policy' only exchange and that if I was allergic she would exchange the product because they had a 'whole line of Hypoallergic products'. I thought she said Organic.

I went back to the TradeShow and out of the 11 boxes of products I had, Ezekiel traded out my TWO expensive products for 2 eye creams, and some V-C product and another product.  He said my other 9 products will not affect me.  I told him I was afraid to try the products again and didn't want any of them and if you have a whole line of Organic products why wasn't I told that when I told the first salesman that I was allergic to 'everything'. He said they are all Organic.

When I got home I started looking up the ingredients and it was very, very, difficult and what I found was Agua (water), the main ingredient, about 4-5 different type(s) of acid(s) that are currently being used in most cosmetics along with caffeine and products I didn't find or understand. There was no mention of anything Organic or Hypoallergic on any box.

I called Customer Service again, and she said I wanted my money back primarily because I didn't want the product(s). She said if you haven't opened them how do you know you can't use them. I said the demo was enough and I am afraid to open them.  She did say it was probably the Volcanic ingredient(s) that I was allergic to and I was just trying to cut down the product and make trouble. I said so I am stuck with boxes of products I can't use.

She said they were my products now and it was up to me what I did with them.

I filed a fraud report with the Credit Card company in the hopes they can help but was told probably not because I signed the receipts.

I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because nowhere on these products does it say Organic or Hypoallergic although they are approved by the US FDA.

I am filing this report here to help someone out there who checks first before buying products that are fairly new, something I should have done before assuming because they were in the TradeShow they were okay. I am not saying it was the TradeShows fault as they did an excellent job with the show itself

I also hope that someone out their 'who is not allergic' and buys these products at full price contacts me and they can buy these from me for the price I paid for them.
