HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Never deal with this company!! The owners name is James Segrue and they a liars, lazy, disrespectful, cheaters! I bought a 2003 Cadillac  Deville and it had some damage on the lower bumper and they told me they would fix it and they did not! They also said that they had to order a part and that it would be in by Friday and it didn't come in until the following week, then had me come in the following week to put it on. When I came back to have the part put back on and  I told them that the brakes needed replacing and that it is supposed to be covered by the lemon law  the owners punk b**** father told me that if I start quoting the lemon law to him they are going to remove me from the property.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! When they told me they would replace the brakes they said they would charge me $180 which is supposed to be covered by the lemon law! When they did replace the part they left the old part in my back seat! When I came there to look at cars, they allowed me into the shop to look at them, but then when I came there to get the part put on he told me I was not allowed in the shop for insurance reasons!

THEY ARE ALL NICE TO YOU WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL YOU THE CAR, BUT THEN WHEN YOU BRING IT BACK TO THEM TO TRY AND GET SERVICE FROM THE LEMON LAW THEY TOTALLY BLOW YOU OFF TO GET OUT OF REPAIRING IT!

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY LIKE THEY ARE THE PLAGUE!

I bought a prius from Galic Enterprises. The cost was very reasonable and the transaction went smoothly. The car had 137,000 miles on it so I did not expect perfection. There was one issue, a wheel bearing. But I preferred that my trusted old mechanic work on it and have been very happy with the car. My experience with Galic enterprises has been such that I will reccomend them to my family and friends.  I hope everyone has as good a transaction there as I did.

This guy bought a $3000 Cadillac that had a broken window regulator. Told him I would replace it and I did. He went nuts when he had to wait several days for the part to come in. He harrassed the technician putting in the regulator. Left a mess in the parking lots.

He complained to anyone who would listen, The New York State Attorney General ruled that there was no basis for his complaint regarding his vehicle.

The brakes were fine. They had just passed NYS inspection. I told him if he wanted I would replace that at my cost for materials. He declined and continued to use language that was obscene.

Insurance regulations require that customers are not allowed in the shop while work is being performed.

Lemon law does not appy to used vehicles with over 100000 miles. New york State inspection requirements apply. Inspection was done by Valoline not our shop. This is done so claims like his can be proven if in fact they are true.

Simply put he bought an inexpensive vehicle for a reasonable amount. His problem was that he could not bully myself or my technician who is not my son but an employee.

I am sorry that he felt his expierence was less than satisfactory but then in my 35 years in business I have not been able to make everyone happy. But I still keep on trying
