I paid for next day shipping on the 20th of December, received shipping information only after contacting, suppose to arrive on the 29th. Screwed me for Xmas. No way to talk to anyone at the location. could be a scam operation. Would not do business with them.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience that the delay in shipping may have caused. Unfortunately once an order leaves our facility it is entirely in the hands of UPS to stick to their shipping schedule guidelines.
We do generally have a very accurate time frame as to when they will have an item delivered but near the holiday's they can have delays simply due to the extremely large volume of shipments during that time of the year.
