Galeana Chrysler Did not fix the first time, three months and two days later. The vehicle doing the same thing , brought vehicle back they kept for eight days and tell I called them. Columbia South Carolina
The first bill was almost $1800 OK the second bill was $299 which they said it couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle so after speaking with the manager he wiped the B a clean OK they said that they couldn't find anything wrong they drove the vehicle 30 miles and couldn't find a problem so I picked up my vehicle and before I can get maybe a mile away the vehicle did the same thing cutting off installing it did it three times before I can make it to the filling station called them back they wanted me to bring my vehicle back to them I said to myself from my wife that I'm no way I would take my vehicle back to man but is nothing but a rip off.I didn't deny had to pay the bill
On May 23, 2016 my car started to cut off and hesitate. So I had it towed to Galeana after so many days they called me back and said that they had to call ready and gave me a estimate which was almost $1800. Drove the carfor three months and two days. The car started to doing the same thing, I called them they told me if I can drive it up there which I did. The call was kept for eight days and they told me that they couldn't find anything wrong, which I had to call them to find that out. So I told them I was coming to get my car when I got there he gave me a bill for $299. Part was for diagnostic and part was for the rental car which I didn't even ask for. I was told there will be no charge for the rental. So I talked to the manager and he said since they couldn't find anything he wanted to be a clean. They told me they did a diagnostic they test drove it Volvo 30 miles. When I got in my car there was no gas. But for I can make it to the gas station the vehicle cut off on me and my wife three times. So I called him back he said he tried to get it back to him I told my wife there's no way I would take my vehicle back to them. Now I am not looking for charity I am a above the knee amputee, with a fixed income my wife is my caregiver for now.
