GB is notorious for not paying medical providers on work comp cases. They authorize procedures and then don't pay, and in many states, the injured worker cannot be billed if the carrier refuses to pay, so the medical provider ends up writing it off. Many providers now will not even take GB patients, because getting paid is like pulling teeth. They will screw you out of everything humanly possible, so please don't go this one alone. They are less likely to do it if you have an attorney.
