gamesgalorede.com uses e-bay to sell off pinball parts. some of it is misrepresented junk. advertised an electro-mechanical playfield the ad text read " tons of good parts like the plastics and coils. underplayfield parts all there, including wiring." in a reply to my email he again confirmed everything was there and quoted a shipping price between $70 to $100 dollars. at auctions end with my winning bid he claimed ( by email) USPS had raised there rates and shipping would be $145 dollars. i agreed to this and paid by paypal with a note to him stating that i wouldnt be happy see a huge mark up on shipping at arrival of package on my end. he agreed.
a month later package arrives. i find i had bought a playfield which had been on fire at one time ,, wiring harness burned up and useless, half of the 20 coils that were supposed to be attached were burned up or broken again useless, the rest of the coils were removed, and the plastics were missing. his $145 dollar shipping quote was actually $63 dollars, 120% shipping mark up. in following emails he denies the fire, damaged parts, and claims the platics werent part of the sale, wants pictures. i send him pictures. his multiple days of responding to each of my emails and the 28 days spent in shipping ( he delayed shipping by 10 days ) for a total of 38 days, has dragged this out past the 45 days paypal allows to make a claim against an ebay seller. he follows up after more of my emails requesting he come clean and send me all the parts i was to initially recieve, that he will give partial credit but i have to wait his paypal is down.
well as soon as 60 days past, no response from him because now he knows after 60 days ebay will not get involved. so i paid $145 dollars to ship a burned up piece of plywood and wire with some broken and burn pieces attached from delaware to edmonton canada.

gamesgalorede.com responded by email within hours of my leaving negative feedback on their ebay page. they offered to refund 45% of the shipping ( 70 dollars) and nothing about a refund for the burned up playfield, but only if i retracted the negative feed back first. at this point i had no trust in how they do business. my response to them was that they only delivered 1 of the 4 items advertised in usable condition, that a refund should be %75. i have not heard from them since.if i had recieved a refund similiar to the %75 i would have retracted the negative feedback i have not seen them list any other items for sale on ebay since this so possibly the emails sent to ebays trust and security have made a difference.
