First ill say that yes I did recieve my account within a "reasonable" time frame.
I apologize to the company for not posting this sooner.
That being said i went ahead and posted another order from them just because it was cheap and what the h**l why not. And again the same awful customer service its impossible to actually get a hold of someone from this company. instead of that you get a massive amount of auto response emails. So far i have gotten 13 one that was slightly different i think it was a canned response that someone manually sent.
All in all I would definetly not recommend this site to anyone they are an amazing model for how to avoid providing real customer service on the internet
