Unfortunately, we didn't see this post until recently. After researching, we could only find one order that had a $600 gift code during this time frame which appears to have been resolved as you did use the gift code a 3rd time. Note that during this time, you could have requested a refund if you didn't like the gift code. I will also note that your payment was for $390 so we provided you a $210 bonus at no charge with your order. As a result, this order was delivered and this issue is resolved.
