Typical bait and switch. I called and got a quote on a spring repair of $150-$250. Tech showed up and the price is suddently going to be over $1000. I asked him to leave and he remembered a two for one deal on springs, so now $660. I asked him for his best price and he said again $660. I asked him to leave a second time and he suddently rememered he could call his supervisor for a better n price. I asked him to leave a third time.
As the tech sat in my driveway, a "Senior Customer Manager" called me and left a message. I called him back to complain about their business practices. The man (named Michael) lied to me, tried to bully me and eventually threatened me. I hung up and he called me back to continue his harrassment. I hung up and he called me a third time. I hung up and called the main number to complain and got stonewalled by a CSR, (I'm a Purchasing Manager by trade, so I know how to do this). It was apparant to me that she was trained for this because it happends to them everyday.
