I CALLED AND WAS TOLD ORDER WOULD BE CANCELLED AND YET MY ACCT WAS CHARGED $95.ANDWILL REFUSE AND SEND BACK AND STOP PAYMENT. aGAIN TOLD ACCT CANCELLED BUT HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS SHIPMENT! HE ENDED CALL AND CHARGES WILL NOT BE STOPPED NOT MATTER WHAT BECAUSE I CONNECTED AFTER 14 DAY TRAIL. I RECEIVED COURTESY CALL ABOUT 1 WEEK AFTER ORDER AND DID NOT AUTHORIZE FUTURE SHIPPMENTS AT WHICH TIME THEY WERE ALSO TRYING TO SEE ME SOMETHING ELSE AND OFERING ME FREE $100 IN GAS. nO TO ALL....
I placed order for free trai lof garcinia cambogia and authorized payment od $4.95 thats all. Product is a rip pff and did not order or authorize more. About 1 week after puchase on 4/13/2016,I received another call offing me a free $100.00 gift card for gas,etc. I said no and cancelled all shipments and my account. I was assured this was done, end of subject.
Today there is a pending charge from them of $95.45 for more pills to come-I called to stop payment to my bank and called company to stop all. I told them it was going to be refused and sent back to them. The representive was not listening to me and kept rambling on that order was not cancelled in time which wa 4/25/2016-but it was and of coarse they have no record of me talking with anyone a week after receiving order for free trail.
The new shippment has not been recived as of yet but charged to my account. I will refuse shippmet and bank will dispute charge. I have 2 numbers for them for contact;
