This company bait you in with a trail order of $5.27 to try a 30 day order of their product. I did read the entire page of the order it stated in very small print to cancel within 14 days or you will be charge 79.99 I order the product October 29 and recieved it in mail on the 3 of November. The product I recieved was busted the top was literally hanging to the side. I called to report this , and i was informed they could not find my order they keep calling me someone else. I gave them my tracking number given in my email. They still claim they couldn't find my order.
I informed representative during this 1st initial call and 2 subsequent calls to cancel my order before the 14 days were up. The representative stated he would track my account information and make sure it was taken care of , they didn't my order my account was charged for the 79.99. I called again this time with another complaint and charge to my bank account . the representative taking my call kept trying to selll me more product and didn't have any problems bringing up my account after the charge was made for 79.99.
He refuse to refund my money and stated he had no knowledge of prior calls , although they state these calls are being recorded. I did write down a fax number and tracking number duing one of the calls i'm reporting them to the BBB . My advice to you is DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
