Garcininia Pure Select/ Vital Cleanse Complete I agreed to pay frieght on 2 trail products. The company then chaged my credit card on 3 seperate occassions for products i didnt receive. Henderson Nevada

I responded to an adertisment on the internet for wieght loss support.

I view the video and thought yes it may be able to help me. So I followed the steps and agreed to pay the trial cost for the product advertised. It futher went on to advertise a 2nd product Vital Cleanse, which stated beneficial help to the first product So agreed to a trail bottle.

The trial product was suppose to be free and that I ony had to pay the freight.

I agreed to this and thought I was agreeing to just the trail as stated in the sign up information.

I waited for the mail. I knew the product was coming from America, so it would take at least 2 weeks.

I first noticed on my credit card statement that $4.25 had been charged for the Garcinia Cambogia and $4.02 for the Vital Cleanse, on the 2nd February 2016

Then the next day, 3rd February 2016, I was charged a further $9.72for Garcinia and $9.83 for Vital Cleanse.

I didn't think to much into it as the difference in US to AUST. dollars.

I received the product in March and open and I used the products for a week .

I found that the Garcinia Cambogia gave me heart pulpitations because of the high caffine content. I discontinued using them. on my doctors advise.

Because I thought I had only agreed to the trial pack, I didn't think to check my credit card with futher payments taken.

But the company did take futher payments

3rd March 2016 - $123.12 Garcinia

6th March 2016 -$107.08 Vital Cleanse

3rd April 2016 - $118.24 Garcinia

6th April 2016 - $104.69 Vital Cleanse

On the 21st April 2016, I received 2 seperate packages in mail. I have not opened these packages as i don't want them and will be returning them, but this is the only products I have received.. but i have been charged for ones I have not received.

Realising that the company is taking out funds that I didn't agree to I have had to cancell my credit card.
