Gardener's Choice ripoff waste of time Hartford Michigan
This is the second year I have ordered from Gardeners Choice and it got here late, totally dead things, which came so dried out and dead that nothing can revive these. I bought 3 of the Paulownia Tomentosa trees, none were alive. I also ordered 6 Lavender plants, which literally crumbled to dust when they arrived!
I am requesting a total refund, but doubt that will happen, since writing this company has done no good! No response arrives, no refund. On line mail to them is a waste of time as well. I think they should be out of business! It guarenteed money back if not satisfied" but I can't get to anyone who can actually speak to me or who will write to say where i can get this refund.
I'd stop payment but it's too late since it took 4 months for them to send this garbage to me to start with! I am very disapointed! I really wanted the trees and Lavender to grow. That's 9.98 for 3 trees and 10.98 for Lavender which is totally dead on arrival! Plus shipping and handling!
