According to the Better Business Bureau's file information, Lipenwald, Incorporated does business under numerous promotional names. This company offers a variety of ordered product sales through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.
This company has an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau due to unanswered and unresolved complaints. According to the Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Merchandise Rule, by law a company should ship your order within the time stated in its ads. If no time is promised, the company should ship your order within thirty days of receiving your properly completed order, including your name, address and payment.
