Garinia New Diet MIR*DETOX NEW DIET When purchasing a product from this website, I paid around $8 for some diet pills. A few weeks later they charge my account $81.75... They claim that I agreed to a subscription and said they can only refund $60. At first I was talking to a rep named George, he refused to allow me to talk to his supervisor. He kept asking me why, why do I need to talk to his supervisor? I said please, let me talk to your manager. He refused and hung up on me. I tried to call back and the phone was picked up and they hung up on me. New Castle Internet
I simply ordered some weight loss medication, it cost about $8, I received the product. Then a few weeks later they charged my account $81.75, as soon as I seen this on my banking statement I call immidiately. So, now I talk to a representative named George, he was extremely rude, and said that when I purchased the item I had agreed to the terms, which of course, is in small writing, saying that I had agreed to a subscription for the product. It was not made obvious that I supposedly signed up for a subrcription, and then refuse to refund my money. George said I agreed to the terms, but he did agree to refund me $60.00... I asked him to refund me the entire amount of $81.75. But he refused and when I asked to talk to a manager he refused and kept asking me why I wanted to talk to his manager. Eventually I ended the call because he was refusing to let me talk to his manager. So I call back thinking I'd get a different representative, but my call was answered and then hung up on. Then I call back with a blocked phone number and the next lady I talked to said she could only refund me $65.00
She said they can't refund me the hole $81.75 because the rest of the money covers a restocking fee. However they charged my card on August 1st. Here we are August 5th and it hasn't been sent out yet? It is still in the warehouse, not sent, or even packaged. But I have to pay a restocking fee?
