I strongly suggest you forward this link of complaint to anyone you may know that would visit or choose to use a site of this nature.
I simply wanted to remove a profile I had on www.gayroughnecks.com and delete my membership. Ironically, I was an earlier member of this community when it first started.
Here is the email I sent via their "contact us section: "I can not delete my profile. I do not wish to be a member of this community anymore. Username: XXXXXX email: XXXXXX. I've tried accessing all areas and they all tell me I can't unless I buy a membership. Please delete my profile and all materials included in it, then email me it has been done, thank you. That happened because sites like Manhunt, BigMuscle and Recon are socially irresponsible and refuse to adhere to Federal Law and age verify their members. Personally, we hope YOU use those sites so that the Justice Department can keep tabs on you. The lametards at ManHunt donated $10,000 in hard currency in an attempt to get out of their responsibility to protecting kids online, and now they, and the other freetard sites are being monitored (and that means all the freeloading losers who frequent and support them are being scoped out too).
And don't even get us started on the fact that Manhunt, and Recon, charge a whopping $100 a year for their lackluster, lame assed, profile sites when you do subscribe. If you weren't such a lecherous dog, you'd see that our site comes out to around $3 a month, and there's tons more to do than view stale profiles of other freetard losers like yourself.
Your email has been forwarded to the United States Department of Justice for further investigation in their ongoing efforts to enforce section 2257 of the United States Code and the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act.

I am DEFINATELY not through with this company, and as I mentioned above have filed suit against them, notified the New Jersey Internet securities divison AND filed a report with the FCC regarding their slanderous remarks.
I suggest anyone who reads this do the same, leave their sites, remove all of your content from them, cancel and STOP any EF or credit card transactions they may do, and let them know you CAN NOT do business in this country this way !

He is still around doing the same thing he has been for years! Now where it gets really interesting is when you do a search and cross reference on companies/Registars with his and more domains with similar Rip Off Reports. The other thing is the advent of auto-populated pages on these sites and a "Shaming Page". They are almost always the same names and email addresses on each site.

If Gary Niederhelman no longer owns these sites, why is he still listed as the custodian of records on the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement at http://www.icm-nj.com/18usc2257.cfm ??? Are Christian Troy and Gary Niederhelman the same person? Why does the whois entry for icm-nj.com list the administrator as Christian Troy at 419 Helen Terrace, Neptune, NJ 07753, the same address listed for Gary Nierderhelman in the 2257 statement?

Geez.... where to begin? Well first, Gary Niederhelman hasn't owned this site, or this company in years. So much for fact checking on the part of Rip-Off Report.com (talk about slander!) Second, there is no slander in the response, just fact. Free porn sites, and the guys that use them, endanger children...that's why there are laws like 2257 and the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act. Three, this just goes to show how easy it is to get a gay man to squeal like a little girl by not letting them have their way, their IMMEDIATE GRATIFICATION. Four, there's a url at the bottom of every email this d****ebag received to inactivate his account. Men use it EVERY DAY, and it works.
