GATEWAY MOVING & STORAGE Damaged Our Refrigerator Then Stopped All Communication Marcy NY. 13403 New York
**Avoid** Gateway Moving & Storage We made the big mistake of using this moving company. Their movers damaged our refrigerator leaving dents and big scratches. Their movers didn't tell us directly but my wife saw the dents and scratches before their movers left and pointed them out. One of their movers assured us that they did cause the damages but that their company would take care of everything. We had other witnesses present when they acknowledged their damages. We figured their company had insurance. Then on Monday we began leaving phone messages for their company but all our messages went unanswered and no one ever picked up their phone. Everything just went to an answering machine. We took them to court. They were a no show. We then received a judgement against them but were never able to collect.
