Gavin Jefferson Dede. He has a phone number in 916 area code (Sacramento, Ca but he is not in the States. His bank account is at BBVA Compass in Brownsville TX under the name Marisol G. Larson. He will do hard money loans but wants 3 upfront fees of 1550, 1745, and 8000. This might vary as the amount of loan. He will agree to let you pay the 8K upon funding. He issues a contract and then tells the borrower he will be funded within 72 hours of paying the fees agreed to. Then at the last minute he will call write needing $3700 foe VAT. "If you pay this amount I will have you funded by noon today" is his line. This guy has more excuses than a person can take. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with GAVIB JEFFERSON DEDE
