After reading the above statement, I too worked with the individuals listed at this particular location and relate to the stories listed. Although, I have more to add to the horror that took place day to day at this place I called home for 8 hours a day, terrorizing my sanity and inflicting harsh decisions on a single parent. For instance Mark Caruso was infamous for forcing you to choose between handling family emergencies or remaining at work to "help the numbers for the office" I don't know about you, but I would be much more help to my company if I wasn't sitting in my chair FRANTIC to know the condition of my daughter as she was injured at school and carried to the emergency room by an ambulance. When my supervisor saw how unfocused on work I was, he "let me leave" but not before I would get a disturbing phone call on my cell phone just as I get to the hospital from yours truly - Mark Caruso asking me how I could leave during E O M (end of month)!! Are you serious?? This came from someone who took off 2 weeks just because his mother was ILL! Not to mention when he had a death in the family he was gone for about that long as well. How is it YOU regardless of your position can manage to take off countless "personal weeks" for whatever emergency you deem necessary yet you taunt, verbally abuse and force uncomfortable decisions upon your employees during a family crisis? Ofcourse let's not go without mentioning that he is such a stellar guy that his soon to be EX-wife of less than a year had him served at the job with divorce papers and a restraining order (but let's not bring our personal business to work guy) LOL And, made daily stops at ABC liquor on his way to Starbucks (which simply masked the real drink of the day, and hint it wasn't a carmel latte) Shall we reflect upon moments of verbal abuse, manipulation tactics and discussion of PERSONAL medical conditions during manager meetings? **Which is a HIPPA violation** Perhaps noting pulling people from management, and management training because they didn't "snitch" on their co-workers (you know the people we had to work with for 8hours a day) Maybe, just maybe we should mention the bonus checks that you found ways of reducing with inflated budget changes, or completely forfeit their entire check with bogus reprimands and phony write-ups. I would rather work at McDonald's asking if you want fries with your order than to EVER work in this type of environment or for Mark Caruso EVER again! Stay Far far away....
