GC Services, EX employee tells all, Dale Beckton, Mark Caruso, Jennifer Stewart Samioglou, there's no telling how drugs and homosexuality will affect the workplace Jacksonville FL
GC Services, a national collections agency, treats it's employees about the same as the debtors i don't have a lot to say just that i was f**ked over by members of management
first of all this is a place where they supposedly give pre-employment drug screening it became apparent once i got there that part of the employment process was thrown out (or maybe it just didn't apply to persons with authority)...
day after day i sat at my cubicle while notes were passed & calls were made to me requesting drugs it was no secret (just to the family members of these employees)
marijuana cocaine ecstasy pretty much whatever my manager
thought i could get my hands on

for everyone that doesn't know DALE BECKTON is a "yes" man...
he lies about everything then when his a*s is on the line he's a totally different person but i know him and he's a d**k-head every female that applies he tries to get with them his wife: SERENIA PAGE BECKTON knows nothing about it when you stop telling him where the drugs are then he doesn't know you...

JACKSONVILLE FL 32224-6649 the employees @ GC Services can't help that the general manager is a f****t when his sexual advances get him nowhere then your job is pretty much unsafe there's no telling when you'll get let go (especially if you're the type to report sexaual harrassment in the workplace)
do you think that MARK D CARUSO'S wife: LINDA ANN CARUSO knows anything about this? hopefully she will when she reads this report...
finally...JENNIFER STEWART SAMIOGLOU...h*o addr: 1342 EASTWIND DR/JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL 32250-3101 home ph: (904) 241-3874 favorite position on her back office doors were shut too many times for long periods of time with only MARK D CARUSO & JENNIFER RENEE SAMIOGLOU how can a person go through a door looking neat and clean (as clean as she'll ever get) and walk out sweaty with hair looking a mess and breathing hard maybe i'm assuming too much but i don't give a d**n i wonder if her husband: JOHN WESLEY SAMIOGLOU would?
bottom line is i know what i know and now so does everybody else i've read reports about this company on this web site but there hasn't been any reports from any of it's employees i was terminated from GC Services for reasons unknown but myself and several others know there's no security in a job when the only way you can do anything is by continuing the chain of a*s-kissing (literally and figuratively)...

After reading the above statement, I too worked with the individuals listed at this particular location and relate to the stories listed. Although, I have more to add to the horror that took place day to day at this place I called home for 8 hours a day, terrorizing my sanity and inflicting harsh decisions on a single parent. For instance Mark Caruso was infamous for forcing you to choose between handling family emergencies or remaining at work to "help the numbers for the office" I don't know about you, but I would be much more help to my company if I wasn't sitting in my chair FRANTIC to know the condition of my daughter as she was injured at school and carried to the emergency room by an ambulance. When my supervisor saw how unfocused on work I was, he "let me leave" but not before I would get a disturbing phone call on my cell phone just as I get to the hospital from yours truly - Mark Caruso asking me how I could leave during E O M (end of month)!! Are you serious?? This came from someone who took off 2 weeks just because his mother was ILL! Not to mention when he had a death in the family he was gone for about that long as well. How is it YOU regardless of your position can manage to take off countless "personal weeks" for whatever emergency you deem necessary yet you taunt, verbally abuse and force uncomfortable decisions upon your employees during a family crisis? Ofcourse let's not go without mentioning that he is such a stellar guy that his soon to be EX-wife of less than a year had him served at the job with divorce papers and a restraining order (but let's not bring our personal business to work guy) LOL And, made daily stops at ABC liquor on his way to Starbucks (which simply masked the real drink of the day, and hint it wasn't a carmel latte) Shall we reflect upon moments of verbal abuse, manipulation tactics and discussion of PERSONAL medical conditions during manager meetings? **Which is a HIPPA violation** Perhaps noting pulling people from management, and management training because they didn't "snitch" on their co-workers (you know the people we had to work with for 8hours a day) Maybe, just maybe we should mention the bonus checks that you found ways of reducing with inflated budget changes, or completely forfeit their entire check with bogus reprimands and phony write-ups. I would rather work at McDonald's asking if you want fries with your order than to EVER work in this type of environment or for Mark Caruso EVER again! Stay Far far away....
