Major ripoff! Excessive charges. Abusive practice of $150 service call then outrageous estimate left me no choice but to accept the estimate or lose $150. $648 total for a pair of rails and labor to install one of them and remount the door.
Then no warranty followup when the electronic eye got out of adjustment 2 days later. To top things off the complex business structure made it difficult to know who to complain about. Invoice says GDS of San Diego, CA. Called the phone number and they say they're a parent of Overhead Door. Website shows a different address in Dallas than Dallas Overhead door or GDS of Dallas. I'm in Dallas. Invoice shows BBB accreditation but bbbonline.com shows them NOT accredited. Way to avoid detection. Figures
