GE Capital James Marshall I applied for a loan. Told by James Marshall I was approved for $5000. 36 month term. $161 per month. Gave me a confirmation of CON339463. Internet
Stated I needed to go to local store and purchase a verifaction voucher in two different amounts of $118.95 and $164.95 to secure my loan. I bought two reload it cards. Called James Marshall with the number on the back. When they called me back for one more payment. I refused. When I demanded my money back, he said it would be returned to my account within 60 days. This was Febuary 28, 2015. There number has since been disconnected.
I was contacted on Febuary 28, 2015 for an approval loan of $5000 from GE Capital onlin loan. I spoke with James Marshall. Contact 202-864-0324. which is now disconnected.
James Marshall stated to verify my loan I needed to send two amount of $118.95 and $164.95 as a verification voucher. I went to local store and bought two reloadit card and read him the verification on the back.
He again called and said he needed me to send another reloadit card for insurance over the loan. I refused and demanded my money back.
James Marshall gave me a confirmation number CON339463 and my money would be refunded into my account within 60 days. I have called and the number is now disconnected.
I have not recieved a refund.
