I purchased a quadcopter from this company.  It didn't work no matter what I tried. I tried calling their USA helpline, but to no avail.

No one ever answers the phone. I emailed them anfter several days received a reply inquiaring if the copter would fly. Even though I already said that it didn't in my original email. I replied to them. Several days later they replied back asking if copter would turn. Once again I replied that if was not getting off the ground. After several more of these rediculus emails. I demanded that they give me instruction to return for full refund. I got an answer saying I have to send them $10.00 for them to send me shipping label and cover shipping cost and that they would only allow me get back 70% in credit. I feel like I just got kicked in the gonads.  This outfit is very sneaky. They claim to be in Norway, but have a snail mail address from England.  When I got my delivery it had all sorts of Asian writing on it. They could be anywhere it seems.
