 Watch out regarding Geek Squad protection plans!!! I had damage to my phone that they determined was a factory-created problem and they would not cover it.  What a waste of money for Geek Squad protection.  When I asked to cancel the customer service rep became impatient/angry.  I cancelled the service onlt to be re-billed.  My bank reported this as a fraudulant change; that is how I foind out about it.  Apparently, I had cancelled one of two protection plans that were assigned to me and I never knew there were two seperate plans.  Fortunately I got hem to cancel the second one and reimburse me the money for the re-billing.  Customer service rep said yes I had cancelled and saw the cancellation date which was over a month ago.  And somehow she used this as justification that both plans should have been cancelled then.  Well, earlier she said that I would have needed to deliberately cancel both.  So, it is pretty confusing.  Be careful if you sign up with Geek Squad protection in a Best Buy store as they were not clear that there were two seperate plans I was being signed up for.  In gact, don't sign up.  Forget it.  It is ridiculous.  Anyway, Apple replaced the whole screen on my phone at no cost and they were helpful and friendly.  I will not purchase another cellular phone/contract through Bestbuy.
