Gem Loop Did not deliver product that was paid for New York New York
Ordered a Think-book 10 hybrid windows 10 16 gb. Order 36131 July 2018 order # 36131. Emailed GEM LOOP, repeatedly since July, never received a response. Comments in the shipping details, it was never shipped, they are looking into it ~ SINCE JULY ! ! ! ! Never responded to any of the numerous e-mails. Lists no contact phone # only the [email protected] for contact & customer service. Have also corresponded on their Facebook page. Still no response
