 We were very excited to buy our 5th wheel. We spent several weeks looking for the right one. We found it at General Rv in Draper Utah. When all was said and done we paid 18,000 for the 5th wheel with a 750.00 down payment.

T.J was the guy that did the loan. He forgot to take the money for the down payment that day. When he called us a week later for it had we known then what we know now we never would have given it to him.

The very first trip we took  a couple of weeks later we were on the freeway in rush hour traffic and one of the tires popped. Luckily we had bought the tire shield insurance so I pulled out the paperwork and realized it was in the wrong name. All of the paperwork was in the wrong name, the title, the registration, the loan paperwork. Everything! Oh and the spare was flat too.

From that point on its been a mess they havent fixed anything, we went on our second trip to yellowstone with the wrong plates and registration after trying for weeks to get them to fix it. We are now in month 4 of sort of owning the 5th wheel which is still in the wrong name. The bank the loan is through sent a letter stating that they had not recieved the title which is apparently a big deal. General Rvs home office wont call us back. We had to have all 5 tires replaced because they were the wrong weight rating for the 5th wheel.

We have given them so many chances to make this right and they have let us down time and time again. Do not buy from this place!!!! The only thing we asked them to do was their job and they couldn't manage it.
