General Tire Rebate Purchase 4 General Tires on September 9, 2014 Via Tirerack.com the purchase was supposed to net a rebate from General of 50.00. I E-mailed, and faxed all the requirements document to General. Received an email confirmation and rebate confirmation number. Have never received a rebate. When I check the General rebate tracking site my rebate tracking number comes up as not valid. Whenever I call no one seems to pick up the phone. Customer Service in American is about as helpful as a heart attack. Nationwide
