7 years ago a Finantial Advisor from Swim Worldwide, a Ganerali International sales representative in Brazil, insisted on coming to my office to present me their Vision Product. I would invest a chosen amount every month using my credit card and for that id get access to many of the best investment funds in the world that would otherwise request a high minimum amount for initial investments. 

I was supposed to invest for 25 years and would get bigger loyalty bonuses the longer i invested with them. They promissed a minimum anual return of 5% with expected return of 12% yr based on their historical performance. 

After 7 years and a zero return over my investment i decide to quit and invest myself. I knew i wouldnt get the loyalty bonuses for early redempting but what happened was that after investing aproximately USD45,000 i would get only USD33,000. 25% fee i was STOLEN. I was so unsatisfied with the service that i ordered the redemption anyway because investing for another 18 years with them woul probably make things even worse.

The new problem is, after 2 months, im still waiting for MY OWN money!!! They wont transfer it to my account. GENERALI is holding my money against my will. When they wanted to sell me their product a financial advidor came to my office and i just had to sign a few papers to get it done. Now that i wanna get out of it, i had to send original documents by mail, which i imediatelly did. One month later, they received the documents and still wouldnt transfer me the money. Now they wanted a copy of my passport and a document to prove my residence. 

I scanned and sent it. They still wont give me my money back. They want the documents certified. I did and, again, they wont give me my money and now they dont even answer my email. I GOT STOLLEN and im comming after them everywhere i can. 

Generali will regret ever knocking to my door trying to steel my money. So if any attorney wanna take this case ill be more than pleased to file a lawsuit agains them in the US, UK or anywhere else.
