 I lost all of my money using this brokerage service. I am not going to blame them for me losing money that was my fault. But I did have problems with there software have lags and glitches while trying to make trades losing a possible opportunity to make a profit. I contacted customer service multiple times about the situation and all they said that there were no reports of data prOblems but clearly I was having some type of problem. It wasn't possible it was anything on my side because I wasn't using there platform to view the charts. I was using Ninja trader, a reliable future charting platform for my data and there was no problem with there data unlike generic trade. Anyways I lost all of my money and the freeze and glitches never stopped. I would not recommend anyone to use this company as a future broker and to advise everyone to stay away and go with someone more reliable.

Customer service approached me directly and helped me resolve my problem which was actually on my side. for those out there that trade using generic trade or any brokerage platform in that case i advise everyone to make sure you dont have any antivirus running and to check your firewall settings. because this WILL most definitely interrupt your data feed with your broker.
