George's Auto Sales & Service ripoff doesn't honor written requests to give estimate B4 service Smarts off because he knows you can't do anything about it after it is fixed Lawrenceville Georgia
I had my car towed in to his shop because it wouldn't crank. I submitted a written request to call with estimate before service.
After 3 days I called to see status and was told the car was ready and costs $207.31.
When I complained that they didn't consult me first he sassily said he could take the new starter off and put the old one back in & I would have to tow it off the lot.
I said I would do better than that by telling everyone how he treated me. Before my regular mechanic retired I sent him a lot of work and George will not get any referrals from me.
After paying, he handed me the keys and not only did not bring the car around to me he didn't tell me where it was and I had to walk all over the lot to find it.
What an a*s!
