Georggin Law Fraud and Scam Artist Oceanside California
Spoke with Eric Phillips and at Georggin Law regarding expunging my negative credit report for a foreclosure. I paid $4000 with both a written and verbal guarantee from Eric Phillips that they will remove my negative credit report. After 1 year, and an appearance at court, my credit is actually worse. The judge at small claims court said it was illegal to remove my negative credit history. Eric Phillips promised to give me 50 percent of my legal refund up front, and the remaining in payments. Not a single payment or return call. He is a scam and so is the law firm. HELP if there are others out there.
