In April 2009 I hired Gerry Overholt for a remodeling job. Value of contrat signed was $ 27,560 and was to be completed in one month on May 1, 2010. Gerry di not complete the work in time as specified, took the money and left job completed only 60%. I have sued him in June 2010 and wond a court order-judgement issued on June 23, 2010 for restitution of 25,148.35dollars but he never paiid a penny, because he immediately declared bankrupcy in August 2010 to avoid payment. He is ascam. ripp-off artist taking money from people for work not completed. He did the same scam to many other people in several states in the last 15 years. He also filed for bankrupcy more than once to escape scammed creditors.

We filed a report on this contractor too. He now operates as Alpharetta Electric Inc. Do not do business with him.
