We put the marketing in place as soon as we have an agent there! We do not market areas where we do not have an agent! When we do, we start getting buyers and sellers and have no agent to give them to! This agent states that we use the money to market! Yes we do... We give agents a comprehensive package to help them with their business and it works! GMHV offers leads to agents within a 20 mile radius of the zip code they purchase. Agents are free to refer the leads to another agent if they don't have the desire to drive to a client 20 miles away. GMHV doesn't guarantee how many leads an agent will get. It could be 1, it could be 25. Each area is different at any given time. When an agent joins GMHV they are given both an oral (recorded) and written agreement disclosure with a detailed description of the services they are getting. They must agree both orally and by clicking and accepting the agreement disclosure. Agents must be responsible for the decisions they make. They are encouraged ask questions on anything they are not clear on. GMHV is a company that will work to make the agent even more successful, but the agent must make a concerted effort to excell. The 80/20 rule prevails.
