STAY FAR AWAY FROM GEORGE AT GET SMART MEDIA. He will make a long list of promises but never deliver. He will tell you that his service is what makes his box the best. He's a liar. His service sucks. It's real hard to get him on the phone, then when you do he just tells you how busy he is. When I finally got him to focus on me he did what was necessary to set up the box he sent me. It was supposed to be programmed when he sent it. His Matricom box is a joke. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JERK!
