Getsnuggie Did not ship order as promised before Christmas. The company kept refusing to answering my calls. Kept getting disconnected. Internet
I saw an ad on TV about the suggle blankets so I called the company to order snuggies several weeks ago. I was told they would come before Xmas, None came so I called 800 566 2888 to find out why my order didn't come before Christmas as promised.
I had a lot of problems contacting Snuggle company for several days. I kept getting disconnected so finally found another nbr 800-663-8166 from my bank statement. The automated agent answered and I found out that the order was shipped on Dec. 24th.
I have been trying to get a live representative but could not. I need to wait and see if the package comes or not. If not, then I know for sure it is a scam. I am truly very disatisfied with the company..

Do not use getsnuggies.com. Buy the Slanket at QVC.com. QVC has better reputation.

The text below was posted for another getsnuggies.com, Snuggies TV commercial complaint. I am not trying to 'throw salt on the wound', but I am try to warn people not to buy anything right away just because the television commercial or internet website states 'buy one, get one free'. Read the fine print. The getsnuggies.com website states the delivery time is 2-6 weeks so therefore, it is practically impossible for you to get your snuggies in time for Christmas. I predicted there would be more complaints against Snuggies and I was right. *** Do not use getsnuggies.com. Buy the Slanket at QVC.com. QVC has better reputation. I was thinking of buying some Snuggies for Christmas presents, but I thought I would wait because I had not yet decided what to buy for my relatives. I am glad I did not order the Snuggies. I found on getsnuggies.com it states you must allow 2-6 weeks for delivery and they charge $7.95 for postage and handling for each Snuggie include the second free Snuggie. On 12/11/08 (Thursday), I ordered three Slankets ($26.80, $22.80 & $22.80) via QVC.com Special of the Day. With QVC, you can review your order, change color of items, cancel order (unless order has changed to processed stage) and you can get a refund of items purchased. I can vouch that QVC had refunded me for items purchased which I have returned. Note the huge difference in shipping charges and shipping times. I received one box with three Slankets on 12/17/08 (Wednesday) via UPS Ground. Sub Total:$80.40 Total S&H: $11.93 Total Tax: $6.12 Order Total: $90.45 Today, 12/18, as a test, I filled out the getsnuggies.com order form to order one Snuggie at $19.95. Order summary: Item Description: Snuggie - 2 Royal Blue + 2 book light Quantity: 1 Unit Price: $19.95 Item Price: $19.95 Number of Payments: 1 Tax: $2.96 Shipping Amount: $15.90 Total: $38.81 As of today, 12/18/2008, there are 7 reports on ROR, I am sure they will be more complaints posted as more and more people see the television commercials and they order the product.
