The reason he wouldn't specify anything is that if you check really closely, they dont work.
For testing immediately after installation they will trick the engine computer and give a measurable change.
200 miles later the engine computer has figured out the trickery and adjusted the engine back to normal.
So for real gains have your local hot rod shop re-flash your ECM. Costs $400 ish where I live.
