I have previously left rebuttals and this whole topic is getting rediculous. The first posting. I know by law 18 yrs of age your legal in the country. But who has authorization of the credit card. If the credit card companies won't take action then theres something wrong here. I want to know who ever reads this does MRA have a legal right in their commercial in the state of Calif. to say preview each time, cancel any time or should they have the operators at the time the purchase is made.

I don't think an individual that hasn't reached the age of majority (less than 18 years old) can legally execute any kind of transaction; buying, selling, legal issues, etc. It would be my belief that your son's initial order would be invalid for that reason. I'm sure the issue troubling you will be very difficult to sort out, but I don't think "GGW" had the authority to initiate the sale in the first place. This might be an angle you can pursue.
