When taking your RV to Giant RV in Montclair for repair work. Make sure that you call them and follow up on your repairs because when I took my new RV in for repairs, they sat on it for 2 weeks until I called them for an updated status,then they tried to say it was the Manufacturer that was holding up the process, when I called the Manufacturer myself,they had not received anything from Giant RV so then Giant RV tried to tell me my husband just misunderstood their conversation and the next day the request was sent to the Manufacturer. A couple of days later Giant RV received authorization from the Manufacturer and again 2 weeks later I called to follow up and Giant RV and they said that they have the parts on order but failed to tell me that they received authorization 2 weeks prior and did not order the parts for 2 weeks! Needless to say 6 weeks later and several several phone calls to them on my part I finally got my RV back but it was not received without the attitudes from the Shop Manager and the Assistant Vice President. Neither one of them were Nice or took responsibility for their actions, all they would tell me is that they would check in to it and I dont understand what happened..Sorry!!!Well Im sorry to and I will NEVER use or have anything to do with this company again do to their lack of customer service skills,work ethics, professionalism, honesty to the customer and concern or care to me as their customer who just got done spending alot of money on a new RV...Thanks for nothing Giant RV..And I hop anyone who reads this will learn from my experience and stay away from GIANT RV in MONTCLAIR!

Giant RV cares about our customer's, and this is reflected by our thousands of satisfied customers and continued dealership growth. Delays can occur due to unforseen circumstances or events. We ask and encourage our customers to pick up thier RV while awaiting parts that do not prevent the use of the coach. Some customers elect to leave the coach while awaiting parts,our customers are updated regularly and the choice to leave the unit until the parts arrived was by the owner.
