Darrell Gibbs Realty & Auction Shocked by poor service at Darrell Gibbs Realty! Easley South Carolina
My recent experience with Darrell Gibbs Realty was a real nightmare. As a first-time homebuyer I hoped to have my real estate questions answered and for everything to move smoothly toward a closing. Instead of responses to my questions, I received insulting emails directly from the Broker and Owner, Darrell Gibbs after I found his Agent had misrepresented her relationship with the Lender.
I was shocked, because this seems like a big company that should know how to treat customers in a professional manner, particularly since they deal in HUD and FHA Foreclosure property in South Carolina. Be cautious in dealing with Gibbs Realty. Even the Broker appears bewildered by his business, and will act aggressively when confronted with questions. Be well informed on every aspect of the Real Estate closing process, and do not anticipate timely or accurate help from Darrell Gibbs Realty & Auction in Easley, SC.

At times there are homebuyers who become angry that our clients accept another offer and this is a way to vent, which I understand.
