I bought 3 valentines day gift cards from Itunes Gifts (uses giftcardmall.com) on Facebook on Feb 8th.  My credit card was charged Feb 9th.  The status still says Scheduled.   It is February 16th and they are still not delivered.  I emailed giftcardmall.com - got no response.  I called them Feb 15th.  Was given a reference # and still haven't heard a word.   I contacted itunes/apple - they say it's a giftcardmall.com issue and can't help. My investigating facebook reveals it is a widespread problem.  I just want people to know that DO NOT use Itunes Gifts.

I had the same problem with GiftCardMall.com. They took my money and never delivered my gift. I have called and written them and nobody has called me or written me back. The only way I was able to get my I-Tunes gift card delivered was to go to the Apple site and purchase the gift card directly from them. I would have never brought the gift card if I knew it was sold by GiftCardMall.com anyway. It's an I-Tunes page so I thought I was buying it from Apple, not from another company. Never buy anything from Giftcardmall.com!
