Giftrewardcenter Or Art-offer.com offered item if bought from selected companies, did, but never got item Del Ray Beach Florida
around june i did a search for a guitar speaker cabinet and came up with a site that offered it for free if i purchased from a group of companies .I did .received a confirmation letter dated jul 16th 2006, stating that the cabinet would be mailed in 2-3 wks from the comapny Music 123.
on aug 7th,16th,24th,30th,i called the giftreward ctr.i was told from we will call you back to look into it...nothing happened no call back.
on sept 11th i called and was told that it will be in stock from 9/15 to 9/30..i waited.
on oct 4th i called talked to michele was told not in stock.
I then called the company that was supposed to send it to see if it was ever even ordered.(music 123.com)I talked to andrew and he asked me if my name was jefferey ...was then told(he said my address before i gave it to him)that there was a cabinet there with my name on it ready to be shipped.on oct 13th I called music 123 talked to jason and was then told that it never was in stock and they dont know when one will be in.
i will continue to try to sue and report these people...because this deals with mailing packages i am conrtacting the post office and filling a mail fraud charges..

after reading the other complaints for reward center i too emailed the Better business bureau in fla and the attorney gen there...they contacted RC and within two weeks I received a check for the worth of my prize..their rebuttal was Bs but at least i got $349 ( i hope the check doesnt bounce...)

after contacting the atorney general and the better business bureau for florida I received an email from the BBB today(11/22/060) gift reward center rebuttal just retold what i said as far as how many times i called them...what they didnt say was they DIDNT call me back as they said they would..and they DIDNT use my new email address that i gave them and told them not to use any other as i would not receive anything. they told BBB that I was emailed everytime about what was going on (constant back order of free gift)of course i wasnt because wrong email address!!!! now they say they cancelled the order because it is always backordered and are issuing me a check for what the prize is worth. I should receive it in 2-3 weeks...hmmm, thats what the letter said that i got back in june from them about how long it will take to get the prize...2-3 weeks...we'll see if it is true this time or not...
