Hello. I'm writing about the company Gifts Forte or Impressive Personalizations. I'm unsure of the correct name because I think that it has been changed.  I placed an order for the "flip flop bottle opener" favors for a bridal shower that I am hosting. I got a email that same night stating "Hello. This is to notify you that the items "Pop the top" flip-flop bottle opener you've ordered is coming back to inventory on 30-May-2012 and we can have it delivered before 08-Jun-2012. 

Let us know if that is fine or you wish to add any other item to your oder. -Ed Norton"  I replied back that it would definitely be fine to wait until then seeing that the bridal shower isn't until June 16, 2012.  I wrote Monday, June 4, 2012 to confirm that the order will be shipped and I will have it by the original date we discussed.  I received a email Tuesday, June 5 which said "

Dear customer, We highly regret to inform you that your order was reported lost in warehouse by the courier company and they are unable to located the package.  We would have re-processed the order and get it delivered by the 10-Jun-2012 but it is currently out of stock currently.  The item will be available back in stock on 22-Jun 2012.  Please let us know whether you would like to wait or cancel the order for the full refund. Regards, Kevin Smith."  I of course opted to cancel my order and to have a full refund.

I find it completely crazy that no matter how many times I call there isn't anyone to ever answer the phone for this company.  I had to live chat someone who also went by the name of Ed N who also wrote some of the emails that were sent to me.  I haven't received a refund yet and I'm not sure that I will. I will only be losing about $103 but I don't want anyone else being scammed by this company.  The email that this company is using is [email protected].
