Ms. Bennett aka "giggle chick" is someone whom I've never met. I do not wish to post all the threats flung at me by her friends which she encouraged by posting them to do so online or the paragpraphs of bizarre and legally slanderous abuse she has posted about me all over the internet among other harrassment tactics as I've already wasted countless hours and money on attempting to clear up her defamatory actions, not to mention the symptoms of the  emotional distress she has caused me. I have never hired her, but she took it upon herself to randomly and vicously attack me for nearly two years now. When I attempted to politely confront her, she refused to delete what she posted about me that is still visible online and finds it all simply amusing. She even went so far as to use a "fake tweet generator" (they are avaiable  free for anyone to use online) to chidlishly post weird tweets to my business associates that I never tweeted. I've never filed a ripoff report in my life, but this woman uses the fact that she services well-known comedians as a "front" to hide her cyberpathology. I even glanced at her twitter feed one day when all of this campaign of hate initially was launching against me and she went so far as to tweet at a userhandle that appeared to be a freshman in college "go kill yourself " ( add in further expletives here).

Please note that I will be posting this complaint anonymously per advice of a lawyer who is afraid of further retaliation against me.

GoFundMe Impersonation Campaign

#2Author of original report

Fri, July 08, 2016

The above business now is suspected to have posted an impersonation account asking for donations on gofundme.com

Gofundme has removed the campaign when notified and instructed me to then contact the police since charity fraud is considereded to be a serious crime.

As far as the above postings I regretfully allowed the original death threats and defamtatory attacks slide at the urging of a longtime client of her who said he'd rather talk to her to spare her some embarrassment. But, the postings in the original filing above I was referring to, I did not notice were there until nearly 2 years later. Under NJ law, this would've been a felony potentially if reported within the first year since posting but the statute of limitations had run its course.

The gofundme I had followed throught with their advice and the matter is being investigated by the proper channels.

At this point, authorities have advised me that in such cyberpath cases to instead report further agrievances directly to them rather on here, which I will do so. I have asked her not to contact me directly accordingly with le and attorneys' advice.
