Gina Mallik, ripoff; she requested order to mail her from my clothes,but did not returned my money against that order or did not either returned my clothes,(suspected mailfraud) Terrahaute Indiana
This lady Gina mallik requested me to send her clothes from my store, which I mailed her by trusting her as responsible client to give her this service, and thrn apparently she did not liked any of clothes. So I without any further negotiation, requested her to send my clothes back to me safely.
But it's 6 weeks now I have not received anything from her side, and she claims that she has mailed it to me, and does not wish to present any evidence and at same refusing to pay for those clothes which she got from my side. She does not wish to file any report with postoffice to search that parcel or either she does not give me any evidence,and stubbornly tells me she will not pay for those clothes.
I do not know how to deal with such stubborn client,who is so rude and irresponsible, and would pay such treatment in my honest trust in her. kindly help me and make me aware of laws for such situations,
I have filed complain with postoffice to check whether she has mailed me or not,as she says she had mailed me..but post office has not found anything send to me from her side; and she does not co-opertates in searching that parcel, which she claims that she has mailed, she does not even give me any postoffice slip for it. Kindly assist in this.
