Giove Law Office Giove Bouncing Paychecks Hold on to Your Money Amherst New York
For the last two weeks Rodney Giove and Shanon Dils have bounced employee paychecks. They have run out of paper to collect so we get to rehash a lot of old garbage that is worthless. Scum bag Giove and his fake tittys girlfriend have nothing to say but bulls*#t. Everyone is looking for a place to move. They are putting hold checks through telling debtors that their checks bounced them running them a second time. Shanon is an airhead just runs around screaming while the place is caving in around her. If Giove has your bank account or credit card you better watch it or they will hit you again for every cent in that account. Rodney hardley comes arounf anymore he hides from the summons servers.

Vinnie, no employee of any company should be subject to their paycheck not clearing the bank. For that, I feel sorry for you. However, my sympathy ends there. Not you personally, but your Law Firm has been under close scrutiny as amongst the worst offenders of FDCPA compliance for years. I'm sure between your previous bonus checks and Law Firm profits, you made money off of payments and default judgments that could of been easily been defeated if the consumer knew their rights not only under the FDCPA, but knowing their rights of defense to a court summons requested by Giove (general denial,sworn denial, discovery (requests for admissions,production of documents,etc)).
