Go to www.budhibbs.com and look up Giove Law Firm. There is a link that shows them (or whatever incarnation they are now) in bankruptcy. Not sure how this affects your situation, but FYI.

OMG, THESE COLLECTORS ARE OUT OF CONTROL. I THINK WE SHOULD CONTACT THE STATE BAR AND MAKE THEM AWARE THAT THESE LAWYERS ARE USING ILLEGAL TACTICS.
